    汤饭做法的另一种(转)

    所需原料:

        羊肉、西红柿、面粉、韭菜、香菇、豆腐、色拉油、干辣椒、葱、蒜、花椒粉、盐、鸡精、酱油、醋  

    制作步骤:

    1.先将面粉加水和匀,硬度适中。可加入少许盐煮出的面片会更筋道。和好的面需要摊平醒一段时间,醒面的空闲我们可以作下面的工作。

    2.将羊肉切成两厘米见方的小片,西红柿切丁,干辣椒水泡后切碎,香菇切丁,豆腐切成两厘米见方的小片,韭菜切一厘米左右的小段,葱蒜切末。准备好后待用。

    3.开火架锅,锅内加入适量的色拉油。油热后加入羊肉片翻炒依次加入花椒粉,放入切碎的辣椒炒出红油后加入 葱,蒜,适量酱油(酱油不可放得过多)。加入西红柿丁翻炒至西红柿溶化,加入香菇丁。到此可以加入清水(加水量自行掌握,按所制作的量定)。水加好后可放入豆腐片,盐,鸡精。待水烧开煮一段时间大约五分钟左右。

    4.可以下面了,先将火关小一些。蒋醒好的面切成两公分左右的长条压扁。拉成长条状(不宜过窄)就可以揪了。为了美观尽量揪成正方形。

    5.面下完后大火煮一分钟左右,加入韭菜段搅匀加入少许的醋。就此一份独具一格的揪片子制作完成了慢慢享用吧!

    备 注:以上配料可以按各人口味更换。炮仗子的做法与揪片子相同,只要将配料切成条,面揪成两公分左右的圆条即可。
